About

Education that leads to wisdom.

Why Form & Verity exists

Most people don't need more information. They need help knowing what to do with it. Form & Verity exists to make education that clarifies rather than overwhelms, and that holds up when it meets real life.

The name reflects two commitments: formation that genuinely develops a person, and content grounded in what is true. Learning is worth the time when it changes how someone thinks, decides, and acts.

Who we serve

Form & Verity serves two audiences. Families come for practical education about the increasingly complicated work of raising children well. Professionals come for substantive training and continuing education that translates knowledge into better practice.

Both audiences are treated as capable adults: given the reasoning behind the guidance, not just the conclusions.

The founder

Form & Verity was founded by Andrew Simmons, LPC-S, a counselor, clinical supervisor, educator, and practice owner in Texas.

His work with children, adolescents, adults, families, counselors, and other professionals has shaped a simple approach to education: make it thoughtful enough to be trustworthy, practical enough to use, and clear enough to remember.

That professional experience is what keeps the teaching grounded — the material is written for the decisions people actually face.
